I once had a break down and thought I was possessed. (due to anxiety maybe?) It happened in front of many people I respect. I'm so embarrassed I never want to see any of them again.
Everyone has moments we don’t look back on fondly. It may be hard, but the best thing is to try and move on. If they ask you about it, explain that it was caused by anxiety. Don’t let this little event keep you from interacting with these people you respect. It’s tough but you’re stronger than any embarrassing memory.
